The French cafe and bakery at Boulon Brasserie has become a star in its own right alongside the highly-rated Water Street restaurant, bringing Parisian vibes (and tastes) to Downtown Tampa every morning. 

🌹 Cafe in rose: Every cup of locally-roasted coffee at Boulon transports you from Tampa to Paris and “la vie in rose,” whether you go for traditional espresso, rich drip coffee, or even their decadent hot chocolate. 

😋 Sweet or savory: You know you’re getting the good stuff when you step into the bakery, and no matter what you’re craving, they have something to sate your appetite. From decadent quiches and filling breakfast sandwiches, to fresh-baked croissants and petite Madeleines, you can’t go wrong. 

🥖 Breadwinner: While we often stick around the bright cafe to enjoy our espresso, one of our favorite things about Boulon is grabbing a fresh loaf to-go. Pick a french baguette (complete with honey butter), or go for the house-baked sourdough that is sure to please.
