Founded by a retired Air Force veteran, Yellow Spruce began with small-batch experiments in a cottage roastery and now roasts at its own roastery in North Scottsdale. The name and logo reflect a journey from Colorado’s pine forests to Arizona’s sunny desert, and the shop is rooted in a passion for community and connecting people one cup at a time.
