Ultra makes every coffee flavor shot, house sauce, cream cheese spread, and even its pickled vegetables from scratch, with no artificial flavors or excessive sugars. The café also offers an extensive breakfast and lunch menu featuring bagels, wraps, paninis, and baked goods, with plenty of vegan and gluten-free options, including grilled tofu eggs, tempeh bacon, vegan cream cheese, gluten-free bread, and house-made almond milk ranch.
