Stop by between 4 to 8 in the evening and try their coffee-based non-alcoholic cocktails, like The Calico, made with peach blossom tea, elderflower syrup, and their single-origin Ethiopia Sidama Kyoto cold drip floated on top. Kyoto cold drip is coffee brewed by slowly dripping cold water through the grounds. Another must-try drink is The Thai Basil Cola, made with Thai basil syrup, a Costa Rica Kyoto cold drip, and club soda, topped with sassafras bitters and a dried lime wheel. They also have a spin on classics like the Kyoto Tonic and a Kyoto Old Fashioned.
